i decided that i would be more attuned with myself this year. one of the ways i have chosen to do this is through intentional music listening. in the past, i have struggled to journal daily; it always felt like such high capacity to write every day about my day or my thoughts.
so, i’d rather meet myself where i’m at. i already spend so many hours listening to music every day, it made sense that this would be an easy, low capacity, way for me to connect with myself while consciously taking record of my day.
y’all, i lowkey fell off and done fell behind on this… i got up to feb 24 surprisingly, but in all honesty, life has been a rough, helluva ride since the start of that last week of february
